You can request a refund for games ordered in error after Grenier des Gamers has retrieved them. Games with proven technical defects, preventing them from functioning properly, despite verification by the seller.
In accordance with European regulations on digital content, you have 14 days after purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal as long as the content has not been downloaded or used. Once the download has started, you waive this right, in accordance with the law.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase. Processing may take up to 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved. If you prefer, you can opt for a storewide credit that can be used immediately.
